Fabrice Muamba Marries 7months after his Near Death Experience

It was a wedding that almost did not take place after 24-year-old football star Fabrice Muamba  was thought to be 'dead' on the pitch in March.

Muamba had a heart attack and collapsed during the quarter-final of an FA Cup match at Tottenham ground White Hart Lane. Doctors said the 24-year-old was technically dead for 78 minutes.

Hurricane Sandy hasn't hit yet but it unleashes Flood and Snow

 Millions of people along the East Coast were this evening bracing themselves for the arrival of Hurricane Sandy as authorities issued stark warnings to those who failed to heed evacuation orders.

The storm, which is now more than 1,000 miles wide, began accelerating as it barrelled toward Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York, where the Hudson River breached early on Today (Monday). North Carolina (centre) to Connecticut have declared states of emergency as rain, flooding and in Virginia's case (right) snow, threatens to cut power.

Church Bomb Blast in Kaduna - Survivors Side of the story

A suicide bomber drove into the Catholic church on Sunday yesterday while worshippers were praying and recieving Holy Communion and the blast killed Eight of the worshippers and injured many.  The bomber used a Honda SUV, with Kaduna State number plate AE979ZKW.

The bombing happened at the St. Ritas Catholic Church, Ungwan Yero, Malali, Kaduna State, also left 100 people injured. However, seven persons were reportedly killed in the reprisals that followed the blast.

12 -year -old Student Whipped to death by Teacher

A 12-year-old student of a secondary school in Awka, Anambra State, Miss Chidimma Ukachukwu, has died after she was allegedly flogged by her teacher for failing to do her homework.

A reliable source in the school told the News Agency of Nigeria in Awka on Tuesday that the girl died on Thursday last week after she was flogged. The source explained that the girl fainted after being flogged severally by a female teacher and was subsequently rushed to an undisclosed hospital, where she died.
