Kim Kardashian Vs Tamara Ecclestone

Actress Tamara Ecclestone wore this to the premiere of the new James Bond movie "Skyfall" in London Yesterday. Although Kim's short version of the dress looks like she pulled an "obioma" number on it. I reckon the dress came long but she cut it to make it look sexier. I mean look at the hem of Kim's dress.
But anyways, who do you think wore the dress better?
