He seems determined to maintain his gaunt figure and is taking the necessary actions to do so as he prepares for his next film role.

The Dallas Buyer's Club is about the story of Woodroof, the heterosexual, homophobic electrician who died in 1992 after illegally smuggling HIV drugs not approved in the States.
 
To lose the weight, the sexy built hunk pushed himself with regular cardio workouts, and stuck to a diet of tea and five ounces of high-protein, low-carbohydrate foods a day.
