According to the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Dana Air, thesame airline that crashed and killed over a hundred people in June 2012 is the best domestic airline in Nigeria. In 2011, FAAN said Dana Air got this award because it had good customer service and prompt payment of dues.
