The Auditor General of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), his wife and children were yesterday allegedly kidnapped in the nation’s capital.
The incident occurred in the evening when the auditor was with his family.
Although details of the incident were skethy as at press time, the FCT police command said they were not aware of the incident.
FCT police spokesperson, Doris England, who spoke with our reporter on phone, said the command was not aware of the development. She however assured that she would make the necessary contact to confirm the allegation.
England later called back to say that there was no such report brought the FCT command. “If it happened, nobody has reported it yet,” she said.
