Pregnant Adele steps out

 Heavily Preganant 24 yr old Adele was out in town with boyfriend Simon Konecki, 36 and dog louie. She wore a rather large black (does she wear any other colour though) cardigan but even at that, she looks like she is ready to drop any day now. More photos when you continue.
